About Me
I am a seasoned therapist with over a decade of experience, holding a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My career in clinical psychology has allowed me to work with diverse individuals across various settings, providing therapy and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is integrative and client-centered, meeting each person exactly where they are on their journey.
While I deeply value my years as a therapist, my passion lies in breaking the stigma around mental health and helping individuals thrive through life coaching. I view life coaching as “therapy without the label”—a way to provide support, validation, and guidance without the fear of being categorized. Many people just need a space to be heard and empowered, and my coaching blends the rigor of clinical psychology with the flexibility and growth mindset of coaching. I believe, like the Japanese art of Kintsugi, that our scars and struggles make us beautifully unique. My goal is to help clients embrace their past, find balance in the present, and build the tools for the future they envision.
As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the challenges of wearing multiple hats—mother, spouse, professional, and individual. While life often feels like a juggling act, I’ve discovered the importance of carving out moments of peace to reconnect with myself. Through my own journey of growth and resilience, I’ve learned powerful lessons that I now share with others to help them find clarity, balance, and fulfillment in their lives.
